3rd annual Cottage Country Sale.   Items include antiques,  farmhouse furniture/benches, trellises, baskets, quilts, linens, yellowware, ironstone, rag rugs and more.  Don't miss this "looked forward to sale" which is held in the back surrounded by gardens.   Gardens were featured in the June 2012 issue of Better Homes & Gardens and in the Brookfield Garden Tour this past June.
