Todd Payne, Neighbor

Todd Payne is a lifelong Danbury area resident whose family has been here for four generations.  Todd is the president of Goodfellow Ashmore CORFAC International the areas largest commercial real estate service provider.  He is also a managing member of ERA Goodfellow Homes.  Todd will be sharing his thoughts on the area, specifically as it relates to commercial real estate.

Todd currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Housatonic Valley Cultural Alliance, is a past President and Director of CORFAC International and is the Vice President of the Bridgewater Land Trust.
