Yes, that’s right; Danbury Patch has itself a blogger who’s passionate about animal rescue and adoption.  I also enjoy sharing what I’ve learned about responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of animals.  I’ve been volunteering at Danbury Animal Welfare Society (DAWS) since 2003, and I’ve learned a few things and have also experienced the joys, sorrows, and sometimes painful realities of being part of an animal welfare organization.
