I have been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years as a personal trainer, fitness manager, and sports performance specialist. I graduated from Indiana State University with a BS in Exercise Science.

I currently coach Youth Football in Danbury, and have coached at the college, HS and youth levels for over 15 years. I currently work as a Fitness Director in Stamford and also an In home personal trainer throughout Fairfield County specializing in weight loss, sports performance, figure competition, and specialized populations.
