I would like to think there would be more than 1 police officer that would be responsible for "walking the beat" between I-84 and South Street.
I would also like to think there was still an understanding of proper sentence structure.
The police's presence, whether on foot or in a vehicle, is a deterrent alone.
If there were more of a police presence, these knuckleheads would've most likely thought twice before they did what they (supposedly) did.
