United Methodist Church of Danbury
Formed more than 200 years ago, the United Methodist Church of Danbury recently celebrated 40 years at the Clapboard Ridge location. Its mission of connecting people to God and God to life is evident in its many different activities, groups and services, such as an altar guild, men's and women's groups, vacation Bible school and service projects. The church also reaches out to the community by hosting Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
