Located next to Super Food, the 10-story, high-rise brick building is the tallest in downtown Danbury. Built in 1982, it serves senior citizens and disabled adults and is on the bus line and within walking distance to pharmacies, shops and grocery stores.  Amenities include a community room, fitness center, library, laundry room, second floor terrace and an outdoor patio for barbeques. There is an application process and a 2 to 5 year waiting list. Section 8 tax credit community for ages 62 and older, applicants must be 62 and up, disabled and meet certain income guidelines to qualify.
