Stay away from these folks!!!!!! I have never reviewed any company before but I had such anRead More outrageous experience today that I rushed home to find every public venue I could find to let people know how bad the owner Lynn has been with over two months of lies and excuse for having a door panel done and getting my car in to get a convertible top installed. I took my car out of storage waiting every day to bring it in. Had it in a trailer and kept waiting but weeks went on and they effectively used their caller ID to screen my calls to a point where I lost my storage and friends driveways to keep the trailer. I started to stop in and was told everyday that the next day they would call and the car could be brought in. After again getting getting pushed off this past Friday I went in today to ask what happened again and was given over an hour of excuses and then surprisingly demeaning speech on how they work on high end classic collectible show quality cars as if to say that my $45k classic muscle car that I personally restored was below their minimal standard for any priorities in their shop. I was absolutely shocked and had to exert every bid of control to not loose it on the quick lying owner Lynn. I requested my door panel and told her I was moving on and had never been treated by any business the way they seem to treat customers as standard practice. I was anxious that I would have to start with getting another appointment with another shop but felt relived to think that I was moving away from the day to day lies. I requested my door panel and had taken some cash out of my wallet to pay for the panel to find after 30 minutes of finalizing my bill for the panel that it was going to cost me three times what I was quoted!!! As I calmly explained that it was outrageous price and their had to be a problem the shop Forman Bryan was called in to explain the bill. It was apparent to me that he too was trained making excuses and brought the owners sarcasm to a new level. As I pushed the issue with Bryan it appeared that Lynn was considering adjusting the bill since her original quote was so much less....... I will end this review to say that it was then and only then that I heard what has to be the defining moment to bring me to this level of review! Bryan said to Lynn in front of me not to adjust the bill since I was probably never coming back and what good was it going to do! I am in a customer service industry on a very public scale and my choices on how I deal with with public issues defines who we are and our integrity. Having a master degree in business administration and dealing with thousands of vendors for work and privately I have never heard of anyone having the audacity to act this way and not even blinking an eye doing it. Tell your friends! Stay away unless you doing a case study on what not to do when your in business. Thanks for reading I hope no one will ever have to go through what I went through with this company.
