City of Danbury Richter Park Authority
<p>The Richter Park Authority is many things to many people, because it offers golf, sledding, hiking, tennis, art shows and theater. It also offers fine dining. In the winter, children and families use the golf course off Aunt Hack Road for sledding, while in the spring, summer and fall, people golf on the 180 acre course designed by Edward Ryder. The wooded park in western Danbury also features tennis courts and hiking trails.</p> <p>The Stanley L. Richter Association for the Arts hosts juried art shows and Musicals at Richter hosts plays and theatricals. The Cafe on the Green draws rave reviews from its diners.</p>
