As of the year 2010, Danbury CT had a population of 80,893. In 2010 the total of democratic voters was 11,292 and the total of republican voters was 6,958. Now the year 2012 has arrived and it is time to get more people registered and ready to vote for the 2012 election!
There are still non-registered voters in Danbury and those people may not be voting because they are unsure of how to register. We are here to help this situation! The way to register to vote is at City Hall in person. However there is a deadline. It is Tuesday October 30, 2012. The City Hall address is 155 Deer Hill Avenue, Danbury, CT 06810.
Your vote does matter! Make sure to register; your deadline to register is October 30th in person at Danbury City Hall. Bring identification and register.
Be there November 6th at you local voting station to cast your vote! To help promote the 2012 election, WCSU students are writing this blog in the Writing, Linguistics and Creative Process Department's Advertising, Copywriting and Promotions class. They created a Twitter page. Also check out their blogs at www.danbury.patch.com. Get educated on whom to vote for by visiting our Facebook page.
