Kenosia Cemetery Work Day

Do you enjoy working outdoors? Do you enjoy learning about the history of Danbury? Do you want to make a difference? Have you ever passed by an old cemetery, noticed the leaning and fallen stones, and think “Too bad someone does not take care of
this place”?

The Friends of Danbury Cemeteries have been answering that question for the past four years. FODC will hold our June workday at the Kenosia
Cemetery on June 16th from 9:00 AM to about 2:00 PM. Any spare time will be greatly appreciated. The cemetery is on Kenosia Ave. and Christopher Columbus Ave. and across the street from St. Peter's cemetery.

Good for community service too. Please consider joining us in our efforts to preserve the rich history of our city.
