Nadine Edwards Wins Two for Bentley
Danbury High School's former swim team Captain Nadine Edwards won two races Wednesday as Bentley defeated Babson for its 18th consecutive win.
The Bentley University women’s swimming and diving team won its 18th straight dual meet, and seventh of the season, by defeating Babson College 127-104 Wednesday night.
Junior All-America Jessica Hodsdon (Brewer, Maine/Brewer HS) and freshmen Nadine Edwards (Danbury, Conn./Danbury HS) were also double-winners in swimming events. Edwards was first to the wall in the 1000 free (10:52.30) and the 100 free (55.96), and Hodsdon’s victories came in the 50 free (25.52) and 100 breaststroke (1:09.40).
