The Pembroke Elementary School is closed Thursday (today) because of flooding.
Danbury Public Schools closed Pembroke School Thursday because of flash flooding.
Pembroke School is the only school closed because of flooding, said Danbury Public Schools Superintendent Sal Pascarella in a reverse 911 call to city residents. It also lost power Thursday morning.
