Patricia Chong ~ Universal Story Teller Fairytales and folktales, parables, myths and allegories, since time immemorial, have been the means of imparting wisdom and used as a mode of transformation.

Such tales can entertain us, make us think, trip the mind like a Zen Koan or access and stimulate the place within us from which all wisdom arises. They can also bring us to the brink of that which is beyond consciousness; that which is "the Void", "the Abyss", "the Arms of God".
Drawing from the rich cultures of all lands and the mystical annals of the great religions, stories of all kinds are used to evoke and elicit the deep "knowing" that is the "Power" that brings about transformation/self-realisation/enlightenment in each being.

Marianne Walker ~ Silken School Qigong Teacher The "Silken School" style of Qi Gong is an esoteric form developed by Taoist Monks from the mountain-top Shan Lung monastry in China.

Designed for healing work through movement and breath. On the outside one appears soft, fluid and beautiful while inside one maintains resilience and is "unbreakable". Muscles and bones become free of tension, the breath falls into a naturally controlled rhythm and a state similar and a state similar to meditation, trance or deep sleep is entered. Gentle in nature, this style allows you to participate regardless of physical condition. The benefits are often profound and detectable on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
