The city is again trying to sell its 13-acre parcel of land off Old Ridgebury Road, and bidders have until April 25 to place their bid, Danbury Mayor said.
The city had considered selling the land to a Westchester County developer, who had until April 1 to meet certain city conditions.
Boughton told the Tuesday those conditions were not met, so the city is putting the land up for sale through a public bidding process.
