The Danbury Health Department filed the following health inspections in October.

Those items listed below each restaurants are the violations. So a restaurant, for example, with a 9 - Handling of Food Minimized, didn't minimize the handling of their food. A restaurant with a 7 - Food protected during storage, preparation, display, service and transportation, failed to protect its food. A serious violation, a four-point violation, for example, Failing to Maintain Proper Food Temperature, might mean an automatic failure, because that violation is more unhealthy for patrons than a number 3 violation or a number 2 violation.
