Hurricane Sandy Debris Clean-Up One More Time

Danbury is once again opening its collection point on Kennedy Avenue for Hurricane Sandy tree debris.

Danbury is again going to accept tree branches, logs and other tree debris from Hurricane Sandy.

The Kennedy Avenue site will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday for Danbury residents who need to throw away tree debris.

"We're reopening it by popular demand," Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton said.

People will have to bring identification to prove they're from Danbury to drop off the debris.
