Two Men Held on ICE Detainers

Danbury Police held two men on assault and drug charges, and held them with detainers from the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement division of Homeland Security

Danbury Police charged Luis Rodriguez, 23, of Golden Hill Road, with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at about 6 a.m. Thursday. Rodriguez was held on a $500 bond for arraignment Friday in Danbury Superior Court. He was also held on an ICE detainer.

In a separate case, Miguel Logano, 31, Shelter Rock Road, was charged with interfering with an officer, driving under the influence, failure to drive right, driving with an improper license, and evading responsibility. Logano was held on a $5,000 bond, and an ICE detainer. 

This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
