Sex Assault Against Six-Year-Old

Danbury Police charged Fabricio Deandrades, 32, Woodside Avenue, with sexual assault after an incident reported in Danbury following a Christmas Eve party.

Police said the victim was a six-year-old girl, and the crime was reported after people slept in a house following the party. The crime itself took place early Christmas morning after the party. The victim and the person charged were not related to each other.

Police charged Fabricio Deandrades, 32, of Woodside Avenue, with fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. Deandrades was held on a $100,000 bond. He is also being held on a detainer from the federal Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agency, because Deandrades is in the United States illegally.
