Several Charged With Assault, Threatening in Danbury

Several Danbury residents are facing multiple charges following an incident late Sunday evening.

Jonathan Villa, 25, of Danbury, Eric Walsh, 25, of Danbury, Gabriella Olavarna, 22, of Danbury, Julian Olavarna, 25, of Danbury and Antoine Spencer, 25, of Danbury, were all charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree assault, conspiracy to commit second-degree assault and conspiracy to commit unlawful restraint following an incident in Danbury on July 28 at approximately 11:48 p.m.

In addition Julian Olavarna and Spencer were also charged with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and first-degree unlawful restraint. They were both held on $50,000 bond.
