Sale of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana

Danbury Police charged Alexander Moy, 25, of Diamond Road, Bethel, with sale of marijuana, sale of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, daycare or housing project, and those charges led to a $25,000 bond.  In a separate set of charges, Moy was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Moy was held on those charges with a second $25,000 bond.

Danbury Police provided this information. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
