Police: Bethel Charges Two from Danbury
The following information about a DUI and several motor vehicle charges came from the Bethel Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
Bethel Police reported Michael Morgan, 45, Westville Avenue Extension, Danbury, was charged on Oct. 17, with driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. Morgan was stopped at about 6 p.m. Morgan will answer these charges in Danbury Superior Court.
In a separate case, Bethel Police charged Brian Ferry, 51, Pearl Street, with misuse of plates, failure to insure a car and driving an unregistered car on Oct. 18.
