New York Troopers Charge Danbury Man

A Danbury man was charged with possession of marijuana by New York State Troopers at the K Barracks of New Lebanon.

New York State Police released the following information.

A Danbury, CT, man found that speeding can lead to more serious charges.  Richard Frascone, Jr., 19, was stopped on State Route 22 in Canaan for driving at 84 miles per hour.  Trooper Jerrad Weber found Frascone with a large plastic bag of marihuana and a glass smoking pipe and a digital scale, both containing the drug.  Frascone was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He was ticketed for a Jan. 15 appearance in Canaan Town Court.
