Danbury Police: Burglary, Disorderly Conduct
Danbury Police charged two men with burglary and disorderly conduct in two separate incidents Sunday.
Danbury Police charged Barry Mcshaw, 19, Country Ridge Road, Danbury, with third-degree burglary, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct Sunday at about 9 p.m. Police had been called to a Hospital Avenue home, and said Mcshaw's charges were related to a domestic incident. Police said Mcshaw tried to break into a house and fought with a resident. Police held Mcshaw on a $5,000 bond for a court date Tuesday.
Danbury Police charged Vincent Cappelletti, 44, of Saw Mill Road, Danbury, with criminal attempt to commit burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at about 2 a.m. Sunday. Police held Cappelleti on a $25,000 bond for an appearance scheduled at Danbury Superior Court Tuesday.
This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
