DWI Arrests Lead to Range of Charges

Officials from the  of the New York State Police arrested several Connecticut residents, each on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated, over the weekend. Here are their names:

• Abelardo Dominguez-Viveros, 41, of Danbury, CT. The arrest happened around 2:40 a.m. Saturday on Route 6 in Southeast. Police arrested the defendant on the misdemeanor charge, as well as a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree. Police held the defendant, who will be due in court at a later date.
• Cody C. Norlander, 23, of New Milford, CT. Troopers stopped Norlander at about 2:10 a.m. Saturday on Route 22 in Southeast. He's facing the drunken driving misdemeanor, as well as three infractions. Police issued the defendant an appearance ticket for court.
