DWI Arrests Lead to Range of Charges
The New York State Police provided the following information. It does not indicate any convictions.
Officials from the of the New York State Police arrested several Connecticut residents, each on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated, over the weekend. Here are their names:
- Abelardo Dominguez-Viveros, 41, of Danbury, CT. The arrest happened around 2:40 a.m. Saturday on Route 6 in Southeast. Police arrested the defendant on the misdemeanor charge, as well as a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree. Police held the defendant, who will be due in court at a later date.
- Cody C. Norlander, 23, of New Milford, CT. Troopers stopped Norlander at about 2:10 a.m. Saturday on Route 22 in Southeast. He's facing the drunken driving misdemeanor, as well as three infractions. Police issued the defendant an appearance ticket for court.
