Danbury Police charged a New Fairfield man with eleven motor vehicle violations at 12:50 a.m. Thursday.

Danbury Police charged Walter Acevedo, 37, New Fairfield, with numerous motor vehicle violations just before 1 a.m. Thursday. Those charges included driving with a suspended license, failure to pull over for an emergency vehicle, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving, failure to obey a traffic control signal, using a mobile phone while driving, failure to stop at three stop signs, and interfering with a police officer. Acevedo was held on a $10,000 bond for an appearance in Danbury Superior Court Thursday.
