Ridgefield Police Find Heroin While Serving Burglary Warrant

Ridgefield Police visited a Ridgefield business to serve a warrant and found heroin.

Ridgefield Police charged Kelly Marsh, 36, of Maple Trail, Danbury, with illegal possession of narcotics while they attempted to serve her with a warrant for burglary and larceny. Marsh was served the warrant at an unidentified Ridgefield business.

Ridgefield Police said Marsh was given a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on April 3 on the Ridgefield heroin charge. Ridgefield police then turned her over to Danbury Police.

Danbury Police charged Marsh on an outstanding warrant with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny. She was held on a $10,000 bond for an appearance in Danbury Superior Court Monday. Marsh's case was continued in court to March 28.
