Danbury Police: Weapon in a Motor Vehicle, Marijuana WITS
The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
Stephen Moravsky, 53, Taylor Road, Bethel, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.
Police said they were called to Walmarts on Newtown Road on a report of a suspicious van. When police approached Moravsky, he started using profanity loudly and caused a disturbance in the parking lot and fought with police. He was held on a $10,000 bond for court Monday.
In a separate incident, Danbury Police were investigating a suspicious activity complaint at 12:30 a.m. Monday when they observed Julio Bispo, 18, Quien St., Danbury, in his vehicle near the New Deli Store on Locust Avenue.

Further investigation revealed he was in possession of several packets of marijuana and a large amount of cash, all consistent with indications of the sale of marijuana. Police found a 32 caliber revolver under the drivers seat
Bispo was charged with carrying a pistol in a car, possession of marijuana, possession of a control substance with intent to sell. He was held on a $50,000 bond for a court appearance on Monday.
