Danbury Police charged Dung Tu, 58, Park Avenue, with violating a restraining order and criminal trespass following an incident at 12:36 p.m. Monday.
Police held Tu on a $10,000 bond for an appearance scheduled in Danbury Superior Court Tuesday.
