Danbury Police: Trespass, Larceny, Breach of Peace, Interfering

No shortage of work for Danbury Police officers over the weekend with arrests for driving under the influence, trespassing and other charges.

Danbury Police charged Brian McGrath, 47, Prospect Street, Danbury, was charged with criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace, and interfering with a police officer at 5:35 p.m. Saturday. McGrath was held on a $10,000 bond.

Danbury Police charged Jose Vasquez, 29, West Wooster Street, Danbury, with driving under the influence, driving without a license, failure to have insurance and failure to drive right at 1:42 a.m. Sunday. Vasquez was held on a $2,500 bond.

This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
