Danbury Police: Throat Cut

Danbury Police are investigating a case of a man found on Aunt Hack Road with serious injuries to his head and face. The case is under investigation.

Danbury Police investigated three different crimes at about 2 a.m. Sunday morning along or near Mill Plain Road.

Police were investigating a burglary at about 2:09 a.m. on Mill Plain Road, and an assault outside Molly Darcy's, when a passing motorist told officers there was a man injured on Aunt Hack Road. Police found him about 250 yards north of Mill Plain Road on Aunt Hack Road.

Police said the man, a male Hispanic, had head injuries and cuts on his head and face. His throat may have been cut. Police said they did not know the man's name, and they did not know if he was assaulted, fell out of a car or what happened to him. The man survived the attack. The case is under investigation.
