Danbury Police: Sexual Assault, $250,000 Bond

Danbury Police in the Special Victims Unit charged a Danbury man with sexual assault Thursday.

Danbury Police in the Special Victims Unit charged Carlos Pasato, 45, Danbury, with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and fourth-degree sexual assault at 8 a.m. Thursday. Pasato was held for arraignment Thursday in Danbury Superior Court on a $250,000 bond.

Danbury Police provided this information. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
