Danbury police officers in the Special Investigations Division and in the Community Conditions Unit conducted surveillance in a three-block area between Beaver Street and Kennedy Avenue looking for suspected prostitutes. During the surveillance, an officer was proposition from a woman willing to provide sex for money. The suspect, Crystal Lee Pruna, 41 New St., Danbury, was driven to the Danbury Police Department, where she refused to cooperate in the booking process. She was charged with prostitution and refusal to be fingerprinted.
