Danbury Police Look to Public to Crack Assault Case

Danbury Police are looking for information about an incident that took place in the area of Molly Darcy's and Aunt Hack Road on Sunday, Nov. 11.

Danbury Police are looking for information about an incident that took place between Molly Darcy's on Mill Plain Road or on Aunt Hack Road near Mill Plain on Nov. 11.
Police released the following information. On 11/11/12 at approximately 2 a.m., Danbury Police responded to a man laying in the road in the area of 21 Aunt Hack Road. As Officers arrived at the scene, the victim, Ernane Nunes Dossantos, 32, of
Danbury was found unconscious with injuries to his face and neck. Ernane Nunes Dossantos was transported to Danbury Hospital for injuries sustained, and remains in critical condition. He was seen at Molly Darcy’s on Mill Plain Rd at approximately 1:00 a.m. wearing a white shirt and jeans. Dossantos may have been walking westbound on Mill Plain Rd between 1:15 a.m. and 1:45 a.m.
