Danbury Police: Marijuana with Intent to Sell
Matthew Price, 26, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell after a car accident at 1:47 a.m. Wednesday.
Danbury Police charged a driver with host of violations and crimes after an accident at 1:47 a.m. Wednesday on Third Street. Police said they charged a driver, Matthew Price, 26, of Danbury, with evading responsibility, misuse of plates, no insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive right, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school. Price was held on $2,500 bond.
