Three people were charged with possession of drugs or marijuana Wednesday after members of the Danbury Police Special Investigation Division executed a search and seizure warrant at the residence of Bernard J. Henry, 36 Clearview Ave.
Danbury Police said Henry was selling narcotics and growing marijuana at the home. Detectives seized heroin, drug paraphernalia, hashish, body building steroids, and home-grown marijuana.
The three following arrests were made at the residence:
-Bernard J. Henry, 18, 36 Clearview Ave., was charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a narcotic.
-Nicholas Henry, 20, of 62 Knollwood Dr., Bethel, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an hallucinogen.
-Aferdita Murtishi, 20, of 237 Franklin St. Ext., Danbury was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The investigation is continuing with additional arrests to be made.
