Stabbed? theres one you dont see alot of. Especially in a self defense case. this is another mind boggeling thing to me. Like robbibng a bank, the chances of getting a good haul is small while the chances of getting caught are huge, is it worth it? no! Robbibg a liquor store.. good chance of a good haul, great chance of getting shot by the owner.. not a good idea..lol why home invade? Even if you believe the house is loaded with cash, its almost plain stupid. First off, its a serious crime, worse than a B&E, Second: you will be hunted and dogged till you are caught. Third: you almost never get away with any loot.. Fourth: anything you do, torture, rape, tie up and shove them into a closet.. all tacks on more prison time..ALOT more, plus the worst the crime is, the harsher the punishment..stupid!!

Unfortunately, this is no longer true, Moah. When the Supreme Court ruled a few years back that law enforcement agencies do not have to be held accountable for "wrong door raids", they effectively sent the message that no one should expect a right to privacy in their own home.

Cops kicking in your door is one thing but Punks rushing in to rob you is another. What about secret hiding places for guns in every room? so if they like, throw you into a bathroom, you get out the gun and when they come to get you... come out blazing? Remember the guy who was carjacked years ago, the jacker made him get in the trunk... just where he kept his gun? lol the jacker pulled over and opend the trunk to a hail of bullets! Sweet!
