Danbury Police Log: Fugitive From Justice

The Danbury Police Department provided the following information. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.

charged a North Carolina man with failure to appear in court, violation of probation and six other charges on warrants, and he was held for court Friday on bonds worth $67,500.

Police said Benjamin Goldman of Raleigh, NC, was charged with first-degree larceny, second-degree burglary, violation of probation, first-degree failure to appear, third degree larceny and second-degree forgery.

Goldman was held in the Danbury Police Headquarters until his arraignment Friday.
