Danbury Police Log: Assault, Breach of Peace, Risk of Injury to a Minor, Reckless Endangerment

The Danbury Police Department provided the following information. A person charged with a crime is not guilty until having been found guilty in court.

Danbury Police said Zephan Cole, 24, of Avalon Lake Road, Danbury, was charged with third-degree assault, breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief following an incident in Danbury at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police held Cole on a $15,000 bond.

Danbury Police charged Charles Ladson, 40, of city streets, Danbury, with third-degree assault, breach of peace, threatening, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief in one incident, and then breach of peace, third-degree assault, risk of injury and first-degree failure to appear in a second incident. Ladson was held on a $5,000 bond for the first set of charges and another $2,500 on the second set of charges. The incident was reported at about 5:44 p.m. Wednesday.
