Danbury Police: Kidnapping, Restraint

Robert Langley, 27, of Carmel, NY, turned himself in at police headquarters at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday on an active warrant. Langley was charged with breach of peace and public indecency. Langley was held on $500 bond.

In an unrelated police matter, officers located Freddy Tenecela, 28, of Danbury at Rogers Park at about 2:30 p.m. Monday. Tenecela had an active warrant for threatening, strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint, first-degree kidnapping, and third-degree assault. The original incident occurred in 2012, and no information was available on the incident. Tenecela was held on $200,000 bond.
