Police said the vehicle was running and the operator had passed out.  Investigation revealed a strong odor of alcohol emitting from the operator, Manual Quito, 29, of Grand Avenue, Maspeth, NY. Quito failed a field sobriety test and was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, improper parking, failure to carry a registration card and failure to carry an insurance card. He is being held on a $5,000 bond. While processing Quito, Danbury Police found an outstanding warrant from the Connecticut State Police.
