Danbury Police: DUI, DUI, Burglary

The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.

The reported Marcos Aquilar, 17, of Topstone Drive, was charged Thursday at about 11:30 a.m. with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. At the same time, Aquilar was charged with misuse of marker plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry insurance, second-degree failure to appear. He was also charged at the same time with failure to display a car marker plate, driving without a license, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear. Aquilar was held on a $75,000 bond.

Patricio Cuanca, 43, of Locust Avenue, Danbury, was charged at 2:36 a.m. Friday with failure to drive right, operating a motor vehicle without a license and driving while intoxicated. Cuanca was held on a $1,000 bond.

Travis Torello, 22, of Ansonia, was charged at 1:26 a.m. Friday with failure to obey a stop sign, possession of less than half-an-ounce of marijuana and driving under the influence. Torello was held on a $1,500 bond.
