Danbury Police charged Julian Fuente, South Avenue, Danbury, with disorderly conduct on a warrant Thursday, and then charged him a second time with disorderly conduct an hour later. Fuente was held on a $10,000 bond for the warrant charge and he was held for arraignment in Danbury Superior Court.
