Danbury Police: Crack With Intent to Sell

Danbury Police Department's Special Investigation Division charged Dilsa Collado with possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell Aug. 29 after an investigation into crack sales in Danbury.

Danbury Police working in the Special Investigations Division, charged Dilsa Collado, 40, Bank Street, Danbury, with possession of less than half an ounce of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of crack within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said SID investigated Collado and figured out she was selling illegal drugs throughout Danbury, including from her Bank Street home. Police searched her residence and person after getting a Danbury Superior Court search warrant. Upon her arrest on Aug. 29, police said she was carrying or had in her possession crack cocaine, drug packaging materials and drug paraphernalia. 
Collado was held on a $100,000 bond.
