Danbury Police charged Moha Ray Thomas, 48, New Street, Danbury, with assault on a pregnant person and breach of peace at 10 a.m. Saturday. Police held Thomas on a $1,000 bond.
Danbury Police charged Renan Cerci, 21, Padanaram Road, Danbury, with driving under the influence at roughly 3:38 a.m. Saturday. Police also charged Cerci with failure to stay in the proper lane and driving with an out of state license after 30 days of living in Connecticut. Cerci was released on a $1,500 bond for a court date scheduled in Danbury Superior Court on Nov. 26.
