Joshua Marcy, 21, was also charged with hindering prosecution, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and with three drug charges. No information was available from the Connecticut Judicial Department website, which said he had been ordered rearrested, and that the two cases pending against him had been statutorily sealed.

This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
