Danbury Man Charged With Narcotics Sale

Two-month investigation leads to multiple narcotics charges against a Danbury man living on Bayberry Lane.

Danbury Police charged Jorge Pagon, 45, of Bayberry Lane with eight narcotics charges after a two-month investigation.

          As a result of a several month long investigation regarding the illegal sales of narcotics, search and seizure warrants were issued by Danbury Superior Court, which authorized the search of Jorge Pagon, his vehicle and his residence located on Bayberry Lane.

    At about 6:23 p.m. Wednesday, members of the Danbury Police Department Special Investigations Division executed search and seizure warrants for Pagon and his vehicle as he was driving within the city. A short time later, the search warrant for his residence, Bayberry Lane, was also executed.  The searches revealed that Jorge Pagon was in possession of a substantial quantity of cocaine, heroin and money, all of which were seized as evidence.

     Based on the findings of the search and seizure warrants, Jorge Pagon was placed under arrest and transported to the Danbury Police Department where he is currently being held for a $100,000 bond.

Pagon was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics, two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, two counts of possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
