Court Docket: Burglary

Robert A. Brown was arraigned in Danbury Superior Court Monday on charges of third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny, all having occurred on Sept. 17.

Brown was not represented by a lawyer, and Danbury Superior Court Judge John Blawie suggested very strongly that Brown should hire an attorney. He continued Brown's case to Oct. 9.

It isn't clear from the website if each and every one of these people named Robert Brown is the same person. Some have the middle initial A., one has the middle name Alan and another is named Allen. One is a Jr. If this is one person or several, Robert Brown will be well represented in Danbury Superior Court on Oct. 9.

Robert Brown without the A. is scheduled to appear on the same day in Danbury Superior Court. Brown was charged on Aug. 8 with third-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and violation of probation.

Another Robert Brown, (again no middle initial A.) is also scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Oct. 9. He was charged on Sept. 10 with third-degree robbery and criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny, crimes that occurred on Aug. 11.

Next on the Judicial Department website we see Robert A. Brown, charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, with alcohol and first-degree violation of probation. These offences took place in 2006. His birth year is 1972, and he is not represented by an attorney. His next court date is Oct. 9.

Then Robert A. Brown Jr, appears. He was charged in Brookfield on Sept. 9 with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. Same birth year, no attorney and he is expected in court on Oct. 9.

The next one on the website is Robert Alan Brown, birth year 1972, who is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Oct. 9. Brown is charged with second-degree illegal operation of a motor vehicle, with alcohol, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and violation of probation. These offenses occurred in 2005.

Finally the site has Robert Allen Brown, birth year 1972, who is not represented. He was charged on Aug. 18 with two courts of sixth-degree larceny and charging $500 on a revoked credit card. His next court date is scheduled for Oct. 9.
