Car Into Tree Blocks Great Plain Road
A car struck a tree on Great Plain Road just before 5:25 p.m. Tuesday closing the road.
Danbury police, the Danbury Fire Department and EMS are at a one-car accident on Great Plain Road. The accident closed the road between High Rise Road and Mazur Drive.
Neighbors to the accident spoke to the driver, a woman, who is alone in the car. She said she isn't seriously hurt, but she is trapped by the seat in the car, which is sitting on its roof.
