This is my mother Nancy v Bishop born in October 15th 1942 in Connecticut. There were four girls and three boy's. Her mother was Marguerite C Bishop dad was Robert Bishop her siblings where Roy born in 1934. Bessie born 1935. Mary born in 1937 Jacob born 1938. Doris born 1940. George born 1941. Then December of 1942 all the children were taken away. Nancy all the children were committed to the commissioner of welfare in 1947 Nancy was in foster care nine years. Then Nancy was placed in the children's village in 1951. Then in May of 1952 she was admitted to Southbury training school and Fairfield hills. Nancy first admittance to Fairfield Hills was in 1956. Then Nancy was discharged back to Southbury training school March of 1959. Nancy was readmitted to Fairfield hills 8/1961. Then back to Southbury training school 3/1969. Nancy was back to Fairfield hills 6/1969. I was born 5/21/1970 Nancy's parenatal rights were terminated on 1/11/71. I was placed in foster care 5/26/1970. Then committed to the commissioner in 9/16/1970. Then I was adopted by Carol Ann Tully 5/18/1971. All info on Nancy stops 2008.
